Screen printing is the printing of designs on textiles such as t-shirts sweats, athletic uniforms, shorts, all types of bags, as well as an assortment of other products. The colors in a design are links that are applied to the item by "pushing" the links through a creen and onto the item. Each color of the design that is printed on an item is done so with a separate screen. For example, if a t-shirt has a 4 color design printed on the front, 4 screens will be needed - one for each color in the design. Once the complete design is printed on the item it is placed on a conveyor where it is sent through a dryer for the links to be cured.

Designs have varying levels of complexity.  It is therefore critical to have expertise in the ability to take artwork that is supplied,  no matter how complex, and be able to convert it such that the design can be screen printed on an item.  EMBROIDERY & SCREEN PRINTING NETWORK has this level of expertise.  Besides having a talented ART DEPARTMENT, it is critical that our staff be knowledgeable in the many techniques that enable designs to be printed on the items.  Our ART DEPARTMENT and production staff work closely together to ensure that the quality of the screen printed design is maximized.  Since there are always enhancements in technology, we are constantly researching new inks, developing new processes and investigating new stencil technologies.
Because of the nature of screen printing...

There are number of factors that affect the price of imprinted items.

  These factors include:

  1. The number of colors in the design.
  2. The locations to be printed. (i.e. full front / left chest / back / sleeve /etc.)
  3. Whether just one location or multiple locations are to be printed.
  4. The color of the item.
  5. The quantity of items.
  6. And in certain cases the material of the item.
