One of our primary goals at Embroidery & Screen Printing Network is that our customers have a positive experience when doing business with us. One way that we think that we can accomplish this is to have our customers understand how they can quickly and easily locate what they want, receive a quote for that product and eventually place their order. There are 4 steps leading to the placement of an order. These steps are outlined below and are followed by a more detailed explanation of each step of the process. We conclude this with a section that describes what happens with each order that is placed with Embroidery & Screen Printing Network. In this section, we track orders from when they are placed through completion.
The first 2 steps of the process are done by you, the customer. Making these steps easy for our customers is our goal.
Step 1). Identify the product or products to be printed or embroidered.
Step 2). Specifically define what will be printed and/or embroidered on these products.
Once these steps are completed and communicated to us, then step # 3 takes place. This step is undertaken by us.
Step 3). Embroidery & Screen Printing Network provides a price quote. Here at Embroidery & Screen Printing Network we have a system and process in place that enables us to respond to requests for price quotes or information promptly and thoroughly.
If price and delivery are acceptable, then the last step is the placement of the order by the customer
Step 4). Customer places their order with Embroidery & Screen Printing Network.
Step 1 - SELECTION OF PRODUCTS:
Embroidery & Screen Printing Network has the ability to print,
imprint or embroider thousands of products. We have accounts
established with hundreds of suppliers enabling us to provide just
about any product that can be printed or embroidered. One of the
intents of our website is to enable customers to locate products
without having to leave their computer desk if they choose. This is why
our website includes a page of supplier links (see Links). To locate
products go to this page. When selecting products, please be sure that
the items come in the colors, sizes etc. that you are interested in..
Be sure to identify the brand and style # (and supplier, if available)
as well as the color(s) of the item. If the item is apparel, note if
youth sizes or larger size adults (>XL) are required. Once products
to be custom printed and/or embroidered have been selected, then step 2
of this process can take place.
Step 2 - DESCRIPTION OF POTENTIAL ORDER:
In order for us to be able to provide a price and delivery quote, in
addition to the description of the products from step 1, we also need a
few more pieces of specific information. These include:
1). QUANTITY (or approximate quantity if exact # is not known) of items to be custom decorated with printing and/or embroidery. If a price quote at different levels is needed, we can provide that is requested. Embroidery & Screen Printing Network has minimum order quantities which vary depending on the item or method used to imprint/embroider. Contact Customer Service for specifics.
2). ARTWORK including approximate image size and location (front, back, etc.) where design will be printed or embroidered. Whether artwork is being supplied at this time or at the time the order is placed see Artwork web page for formatting requirements. If artwork is not available, then write a description of what the design(s) will be including # of colors in design(s). If artwork will eventually be supplied see art requirements page for format requirements. If art needs to be designed by Embroidery & Screen Printing Network's art department please let us know. If unsure about # of colors in design or locations to be printed/embroidered, note this and quote can be supplied in "menu" form.
3). TIMEFRAME that the order needs to be completed by. Turnaround times vary from job to job depending on a number of factors including our production schedule and order complexity. Typically order turnaround times are 2 weeks or LESS. Because of the process Embroidery & Screen Printing Network has in place we have the ability to meet RUSH delivery requirements. We define turnaround time to be from the date the order is placed until it is complete. As part of the quote response, we will provide the timeframe in which this order can be complete. If there is an event that the item is required for, provide this date.
Once all of this information above is defined, it needs to be communicated to us in order to get a formal price/delivery quote. This can be communicated to us in a number of ways. These methods include:

3). By Fax (607)797-7901. While artwork can be faxed for quoting purposes it is not the preferred method.

Step 3: RECEIVING A QUOTE:
Upon
receipt and review of the information described above, Embroidery &
Screen Printing Network will reply back promptly. Most times quotations
are supplied the same day and always within 24 hours (Monday - Friday
business hours). Our Customer Service Department will immediately
communicate if information is lacking in order for a quote to be
generated or if there are questions/issues related to the "request for
quote". If a price quotation is needed by a certain date or time,
please communicate this as otherwise quotes are responded to as they
are received. Once all of the information is received and the quotation
is done, it is communicated back to the requestor. Our preferred method
for providing the quotation is e-mail but it can be phoned or faxed if
that is requested. In addition to pricing, the turnaround time is also
given. The turnaround time is from the date the order is placed and is
given in terms of business days (Monday - Friday).
